Please carefully review the following Refund Policy before making a purchase. Timeframe for Refund Requests. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Eligibility for Refunds. Refunds are only offered under the following condition:The artwork was damaged during shipping.To process your claim, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage along with your refund request. Non-Refundable Situations. We do not accept refunds under the following circumstances: You change your mind about the artwork. The artwork does not meet subjective expectations not related to damage (e.g., personal taste).Refund Process.
