At Southern Kindness Gallery, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our artwork. Please carefully review the following Refund Policy before making a purchase. Timeframe for Refund Requests. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Eligibility for Refunds. Refunds are only offered under the following condition:The artwork was damaged during shipping.To process your claim, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage along with your refund request. Non-Refundable Situations. We do not accept refunds under the following circumstances: You change your mind about the artwork. The artwork does not meet subjective expectations not related to damage (e.g., personal taste).Refund Process. To request a refund, email us at howdy@southernkindnessgallery.com within 24 hours of delivery, including your order details and photos of the damaged artwork. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within [e.g., 5–7 business days].Shipping Costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
